To offer free worldwide shipping, we fold the rugs before shipping to ensure fast and secure delivery! This may cause some temporary creases upon arrival. Don’t worry, the creases will disappear after a few hours, or a few days for the more noticeable ones.

To speed up the process, we recommend folding the rug in the opposite direction and walking on it. In any case, the creases will eventually fade away over time.
