These Terms of Sale govern all orders placed through RugToon and its associated platforms. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products

We offer two types of products:

  • Print-on-demand rugs: Custom-made upon order and shipped directly from our production facility in China.

  • In-stock rugs: Ready-to-ship items stored and shipped from France.

Please read product descriptions carefully before placing an order. Colors and sizes may slightly vary due to screen settings and production processes.

2. Prices

All prices are listed in Euros (€), including applicable VAT where relevant. Shipping is included in the product price unless otherwise stated at checkout.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

Print-on-Demand Products (Shipped from China)

  • Production time: 6 to 9 business days

  • Shipping time: 14 to 18 days, depending on your location

  • Total delivery time: Approximately 3 weeks
    We supervise each order and work with professional, reliable suppliers to ensure high quality and on-time delivery.

In-Stock Products (Shipped from France)

  • Processing time: 1 to 4 business days

  • Shipping time: 14 to 24 days depending on your location

  • Total delivery time: Approximately 2 to 3 weeks
    Tracking will be provided once your order is shipped.

4. Returns & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at shoprugtoon@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and a detailed explanation.

Cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing the order.

5. Intellectual Property & Image Use

Some rug designs may be inspired by popular themes or visual references. We do not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property used in these designs.
If you are the rightful owner of any image or design featured in our store and believe it infringes on your rights, please contact us at shoprugtoon@gmail.com, and we will promptly address the issue or remove the content.
