At Rugtoon, we sell both print-on-demand rugs and limited-stock items. Due to high international shipping costs and complex logistics, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the rare case of a damaged or defective item. more informations bellow..
Returns/Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or wrong design choice. This applies to both print-on-demand and stocked items. We aim to keep our prices fair and operations efficient, which means we are unable to manage return logistics.
Returns are only accepted for both print-on-demand and stocked rugs if they arrive damaged due to the shipping. Proof of damage is required and will be verified. Contact us within 14 days of delivery—no other reasons for return will be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a production issue, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the problem. If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, or if it is significantly delayed, please contact us. We’ll do our best to assist you with the carrier and resolve the issue.
