1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer two types of products with different shipping methods:

A. Print-on-Demand Products (sent from our trusted suppliers in China)

  • Production time: 6 to 9 business days

  • Delivery time: 14 to 16 days after production, depending on your location.

  • Total estimated delivery time: Approximately 2 weeks.

We work with professional, reliable suppliers to ensure high-quality products and timely delivery. Each order is carefully supervised to ensure smooth processing.

B. In-Stock Products (sent from France)

  • Processing time: 1 to 4 business days.

  • Delivery time: 14 to 24 days, depending on your location and country.

  • Total estimated delivery time: Approximately 2 to 3 weeks.

For in-stock products, tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped, and it will be updated regularly. We work with trusted suppliers to ensure your order arrives as expected.

2. Order Supervision and Tracking

We supervise each order to ensure smooth processing. Once your rug has been produced and shipped, you will receive tracking information that will be updated as your order progresses.

3. Shipping Delays and Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or logistical issues. If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us, and we will assist you in tracking the shipment.

4. Customs and Import Taxes

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about potential charges before placing an order.
