It’s horribly wrinkled and creased, it came in the packing folded up rather then rolled up to prevent wrinkles and seams. It’s been a few days and it still had no flattened out and has completely ruined the quality. I need compensation

LOVE IT! I sent over a picture to see if it could be doable and received a mockup in return! The mockup looked so good that I bought two. The rug I received looks just like the picture, with really bright colors that pop. I was a little worried it was take a while to arrive because it was coming from a different country, but delivery was really fast and smooth! Perfect birthday gift for my brother. Good customer service as well 👍🏾

We agreed on me sending him an image of my choice to see if my motive was positive. He is responding very quickly. As soon as I sent him my motive he not just agrees on preparing it for me. He also used a tool to show me how it would look like if I would buy it! As you can see it is awesome! Fast, friendly, the price is absolute fine! The quality is amazing. Excellent quality! Very smooth fabric, and grippy rubber underneath. Make sure to measure the size of the space you want to put it in, I accidentally ordered one comically small 😭
